Over the last century, Gordon Woodroffe Logistics Limited has evolved from its heritage as a customer broker and freight forwarder into specialist in global integrated logistics. A member of the World Freight Group since 2000, Gordon Woodroffe Logistics Limited is now their official representative for India. Gordon Woodroffe Logistics Limited has its branches spread over the country servicing all major seaports and international airports whilst covering the world in partnership with its World Freight Group members.

2004
  Became a part of James Mackintosh Group
   
2001
  Freight Forwarding business of the company hived off into a 100% subsidiary in the name by Gordon Woodroffe Logistics Limited.
   
2000
  Became a member of World Freight Group, a group of international freight forwarding agents to enhance its market presence in the international freight forwarding market.

  The company became a part of Jumbo Group.

  Independent cargo superintending and insurance business commenced.
   
1970
  Air Import consolidation started. Approved IATA Agent.
   
1940
  Steamer liner agency business started. Company was instrumental in forming Dock Labour Board, Madras.

  Gordon Woodroffe & Co (Mardas) Private Limited was formed to take over the business of the partnership concern.
   
1868
  Gordon Woodroffe & Co was founded as a partnership concern with offices in Chennai and London.
